CMMI-related classes will be held in person in the Sacramento CA area. Otherwise, remote training is permitted.

Completing our official CMMI courses is an initial step in becoming a Certified CMMI Associate or Professional. These include the Foundations of Capability (2-days) and Building Development Excellence (1-day) courses. The Certified CMMI Associate designation helps individuals committed to excellence in process improvement advance their careers. If you’re beginning your journey as a CMMI practitioner and looking to demonstrate your commitment to process and performance improvement, improve your ability to manage performance initiatives and earn additional responsibility, and stand out to potential employers, the CMMI Associate or Professional certification is right for you!

Half-day and 1-day CMMI Overview workshops are also available for managers or other individuals who would like a high-level overview of the model.

Official V2.0 appraisal team training is also provided.
