- Strategy and Goal Setting
- Establishing improvement goals and an infrastructure, such as an Engineering Process Group (EPD), to support your business needs and ensure successful change management.

- Project Management – Estimating and planning, measurement and analysis, monitoring and control, risk management, etc.
- Process Management – EPG set up, defining and deploying standard processes, organizational training plans, etc.
